Relaxed luxury, without the fuss.

Designed for slow mornings, beach days and evenings around the fire, Josie sleeps four in two king bedrooms. One can be configured as twins on request. There is a roll-top bath, separate walk-in shower, well-equipped kitchen, dining room, front deck, Wi-Fi, smart TVs, parking and EV charging. What makes Josie special is its position: tucked into the village, yet only a short stroll from Pentewan Sands and the coast.

Step onto the terrace as evening falls, take in the views across Pentewan and linger under the stars — a peaceful way to end a day on the Cornish coast.
